Our customer is multinational communications and information technology company that creates the technology to connect the world. The organization employs more than 600 learning professionals worldwide and provides approximately 2.3 million hours of training.
One of the main customer challenges was to centralize and manage learning administration at a large, global scale. This not only involved managing high volume operations at scale, but also managing regional and local operations through automated and streamlined processes.
To support the high volume needs of the customer, NIIT set up a learning administration team of onsite and remote learning event coordinators who manage global operations through standardized and streamlined automated processes. The team supports comprehensive onsite and remote learning administration globally in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German for all portfolios with 100% volume.
