The customer wanted to transform an existing ethics and compliance training designed for senior leaders that focused on complex, real-life ethics and compliance issues. To meet these challenges, NIIT created a real-time 3D based game that provides an experiential learning experience. The course follows the learning-by-doing methodology and aims to motivate executives to think at the speed of business rather than at the slow pace of traditional courses.
